-Wrap-around brace (set of 2)

-Bolt bag for brace

-Rubber blade (one edge square, one edge either rounded or

slanted

)

Assembly Instructions

Rubber Blade Installation Instructions:

Loosen nuts (do not remove) on head and insert square edge of rubbe

blade.

Rest rounded or slanted edge of rubber blade on a hard, flat surfac

e (as

sho

wn) and adjust blade to ensure the square edge is seated straig

ht in the

head a

nd level with the flat surfac

Tighten nuts until rubber blade is secure, being carefu

l not to over tighten.

NOTE

: It is important when installing or replacing the rubber blade that it be

installed straight.

Handle & Brace Assembly:

Slide slotted end of handle over center hole on alumin

um head.

Align holes and insert middle si

ze bolt.

Align holes of flat end of braces with holes on head, as shown, and

insert

the two sh

ortest bolts and nuts (do not tighten nuts un

til step 5)

Align holes of wrap-around end of braces with the handle, as show

n, and

inse

rt the longest bolt an

d nut.

Tighten all loc nuts on bolts. Use wrenches to tighten, being carefu

l not to

over tighten. Over tighteni

ng may result in crushing the han

dle, thereby

comp

romising its strength.
